"I am really happy with how this turned out! It looks dark, mysterious, magical and the focus is clearly on Clay.Judi Davidson made three different mock ups for this piece. I picked the on I thought would work the best and she then added the fog layer and the castle. Her color choice is spot on! The flaming hands really worked out well - they add interested without distracting the model.Clay is originally standing on a ledge but his feet just didn't look right so I changed it to the rocky/foggy sort of thing. I took one of the flames - distorted it - and added it to the castle. This gives a focus to what the sorcerer is doing. The next addition was a shadow layer at the bottom of the picture - it was to bright and bringing in to much focus. The last part was bumping the saturation and contrast for Clay so it gave him a harsh burnt look."

I have been featuring Michael Breyette on my Art Movements of Pittsburgh web site for several years now and his work is awsome. Check out his work and sign up for his updates he does a lot of great work and shares a lot of information each month.
